Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations




- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene
- Support other kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure timely meal delivery
- Adhere to serving guidelines and assist in plating dishes for presentation

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Passion for the food industry with a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.25-$25.48 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
