UWest Mississauga partners with established brands to help them connect with customers through in-person marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
We’re expanding our Mississauga team and looking for a Brand Ambassador who enjoys meeting new people, communicating confidently, and representing businesses in a professional and positive way.
This is an entry-level position, so you don't need a background in marketing or sales. Our team provides training and coaching to help you develop communication, presentation, and customer-engagement skills from the ground up.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this position, you’ll help create positive experiences for customers and members of the public by:
- Representing client brands at promotional events and community-based activations
- Starting conversations with people and introducing them to current campaigns
- Answering basic questions about featured products, services, and promotions
- Providing clear and accurate information in a friendly, professional manner
- Helping create an engaging atmosphere at each event or activation
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing our clients
- Recording daily activity and completing required reports
- Working alongside other team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Attending regular training and development sessions

No previous marketing or sales experience is necessary. Training is provided.
Availability & Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Availability during weekdays and Saturdays
- Comfortable working in person throughout the Mississauga area
- Reliable transportation is required due to the nature of the work
- Strong English communication skills
