Osteopathic Manual Practitioner – Established Patient Base | 65% Split

London Chiropractic & Massage Clinic is seeking a personable and motivated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor.

This opportunity includes the potential to assume an established patient base and continue building a successful practice with the support of an experienced administrative team. A signing bonus and relocation assistance may be available to the successful candidate, subject to mutually agreed terms.

The successful practitioner will initially provide services at our Hamilton Road clinic, with the potential to expand their practice to our Wortley Village clinic. We are seeking approximately two days of availability per week, with flexibility in selecting the specific days and hours.

Responsibilities

- Provide safe,



professional and patient-centred osteopathic manual therapy
- Complete appropriate assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Explain findings, recommendations, expected outcomes and alternatives clearly
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical records
- Obtain and document informed consent
- Follow the standards of practice and code of ethics of your professional association
- Maintain appropriate qualified boundaries and therapeutic relationships
- Communicate and collaborate with other practitioners when coordinated care is appropriate and authorized by the patient
- Comply with clinic privacy, safety and administrative policies
- Maintain all required professional qualifications and insurance

Qualifications

- Graduate of, or approaching graduation from, a recognized osteopathic manual practice program
- Current membership, or eligibility to obtain membership before commencing practice, with a professional association accepted by the clinic and commonly recognized by Canadian extended-health insurers.
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication, documentation and patient-care abilities
- Professional, dependable and respectful approach
- Ability to practise independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary clinic





Position Details

- Engagement: Independent contractor

- Schedule: Approximately two days per week; specific days and hours are flexible
- Compensation: Practitioner receives 65% of collected treatment revenue
- Anticipated start date: November 2026
