What You'll Be Doing

As part of the maintenance team, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment

*
Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems

*
Performing preventative maintenance and documenting completed work





*
Diagnosing mechanical issues and identifying practical solutions

*
Operating shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and related machinery

*
Using welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools as required

*
Supporting equipment installations, repairs, and improvements

*
Working closely with the team to maintain a safe and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

*
Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification — Red Seal or equivalent

*
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

*
Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment

*
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

*
A strong commitment to workplace safety

Experience with cranes, automated saws, metal processing equipment, or similar industrial machinery would be an asset.

Occasional overtime and weekend work as required, with additional compensation
