DESCRIPTION:
- Answer phone calls & emails in a professional & timely manner
- Work in a team environment providing support to fellow co-workers
- Must be proficient in full cycle bookkeeping, including payroll
- Provide coverage for reception, answers incoming calls with a professional manner
- Participate in yearly inventory count.
- Preform other tasks as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion 4th year Accounting Program (CGA/CPA)
- College or university degree is an asset
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to different types of personalities
- Possess a strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, work as part of a team & independently
