Duties include: Aeration, Overseeding, applying Fertilizer, Lime, Weed and Moss control, proactively diagnosing and correcting lawn problems, selling services to new and existing customers and maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements include:
- Reliability
- Strong Driving skills with large vans and trucks
- Skilled clean cut appearance
- Full Driver's License with abstract will be required
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Self motivation and time management
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Pesticide Applicators License or ability to get one (+$1/hr once completed or if you have a current license)
- Basic math and mechanical abilities
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Previous lawn care and sales skills are an asset but not required
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly and operate equipment safely and efficiently with good physical strength
- Must be willing to work in ALL weather conditions (rain or shine)
