Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets and Wealth Management. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Work closely with business, product, technology, and operations teams. Create business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities. Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood. Participate in UAT, defect review, and production support activities. Track project requirements, issues, and changes. Communicate project updates and business requirements to stakeholders.



Required Skills 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong Capital Markets domain experience. Strong Wealth Management domain experience. Good understanding of financial products, investment processes, and trading operations. Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis. Strong experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional requirements. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Positive understanding of SDLC, testing, and UAT processes. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with trading, portfolio management, brokerage, or investment platforms. Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or mutual funds. Experience with financial data, market data, or investment reporting. Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
