The ideal candidate has a robust customer service background, can easily adapt to their work environment, has a positive attitude and is a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs;
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the on the phone;
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration;
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems and symptoms by confirming issues with guests prior to sending vehicle to tower;
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions;
- Communicate findings and recommendations to guests;
- Schedule and book follow up appointment for repairs for guests when parts on order;
- Pre-book next maintenance appointment when guest are her for a maintenance service;




- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick up times;
- Communicate with the technicians;
- Take overflow of appointment calls and schedule accordingly; and
- Other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

- bilingualism is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively;
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills;
- Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers;
- Decision making skills;
- Proficiency with industry-specific software

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
