Our clinic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, spinal decompression, acupuncture, and many more modalities for all ages. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect payments
- Manage patient flow for up to 6 practitioners simultaneously
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning document
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Excellent computer skills across several platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and learning skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and billings
- Working knowledge of Jane software and insurance portals an asset
- Former work experience within a health clinic preferred
