About Us

We are a distributor of high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, and raw materials dedicated to supporting compounding pharmacies. Our mission is to provide compounding pharmacists with the reliable, compliant, and pure ingredients they need to prepare customized medications for their patients. As we expand our reach across domestic and international markets, we are seeking a self-starter to help elevate our brand presence and drive commercial growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for an agile, resourceful, and tech-forward Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute our day-to-day marketing initiatives. In this role, you will lead end-to-end campaigns—from email marketing and digital merchandising to asset creation and social media management.

We heavily leverage modern AI tools (such as Claude and Gemini) to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate content creation, and streamline operations. The ideal candidate thrives with autonomy, actively solves problems with minimal direction, and is eager to experiment with new technologies to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Email Marketing

- Plan, schedule, and execute regular marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including monthly promotional specials, new product arrivals, and educational newsletters.
- Launch fast-turnaround, ad-hoc email blasts for regulatory updates, inventory clearances, or time-sensitive announcements.
- Segment customer lists, conduct A/B testing on subject lines and send times, and track deliverability, open rates, and conversion metrics.

2. Asset Creation & Graphic Design

- Design clean, compliant, and skilled marketing assets for digital channels using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Stitch.
- Create promotional banners for web, downloadable PDF product sell-sheets, technical one-pagers, and social media graphics.

- Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, and messaging across all marketing collateral.

3. Social Media & Content Management

- Manage company social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, alongside relevant secondary platforms).
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar covering industry news, technical highlights, pharmacy spotlight stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with community members, partners, and pharmacy accounts to boost organic brand visibility.

4. Market Expansion & Growth Initiatives

- Support go-to-market strategies for expanding into new geographic regions (e.g., Australia and other target territories).
- Conduct basic market research on regional regulatory nuances, local compounding associations, and competitor landscapes to tailor messaging accordingly.

5. E-Commerce & Project Management

- Maintain promotional assets, landing pages, and banners on our Shopify storefront to align with active campaigns.
- Organize cross-functional marketing deliverables, timelines, and asset requests in Asana.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Excel / Google Sheets to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.

6. AI Workflow & Process Optimization

- Actively incorporate AI platforms (Gemini, Claude) into daily workflows for copy generation, ideation, workflow automation, and data organization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and reduce manual overhead.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, e-commerce brand, or regulated industry (experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, or life sciences is a strong asset).
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to prompt and utilize advanced AI models (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to draft copy, structure data, research, and accelerate output.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Email & E-Commerce: Klaviyo & Shopify (or comparable platforms).
- Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign), Google Stitch.
- Project & Data Management: Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel (intermediate formulas, pivot tables).
- Resourcefulness: A proven problem solver who takes ownership of tasks, figures out solutions independently, and requires minimal hand-holding.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills, capable of adapting tone for technical, clinical, and commercial B2B audiences.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with the compounding pharmacy sector, regulatory environments, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Experience with international B2B campaign rollouts or cross-border e-commerce (particularly the Australian or APAC markets).

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with:

- A brief cover note detailing a project or workflow where you independently solved a problem or used AI tools to accelerate your output.
- A link to your portfolio or 2–3 work samples (e.g., designed marketing assets, email campaigns, or social graphics).

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule
- On-site parking
- Paid time off
