We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and general maintenance, with the ability to supervise maintenance activities and ensure the efficient operation of equipment. - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various maintenance issues within our managed buildings
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and owners .
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ability to trouble shoot multiple maintenance issues
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with tenants and owners
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work unsupervised
