Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate and Key Holder, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. In this energetic role, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, providing personalized product demonstrations, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. As a Key Holder, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, opening and closing the store, managing cash handling procedures, and supporting team development. Duties

- Engage customers with lively product demos, highlighting features and benefits to inspire confident purchasing decisions
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs through active listening and expert advice
- Upsell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that promote featured products
- Open and close the store as a Key Holder,



ensuring security protocols are followed and all tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Organize stockroom inventory, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-presented for easy customer access

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience with a focus on technology or electronics products is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in product demos and technical sales to educate customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills combined with excellent time management to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is desirable
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a rapid-paced environment
