Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our hotel facilities through skilled painting, drywall work, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure our guests experience a welcoming and well-maintained setting, reflecting the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing to maintain interior walls and ceilings
- Conduct restoration projects including caulking, patching holes, and surface preparation for painting
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction painting and industrial painting tasks
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for rigging, carpentry, and surface preparation




- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting, drywall, or restoration work
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in residential, commercial, and industrial painting techniques
- Experience with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and using hand tools and power tools
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 per week
