Duties
- Operate machinery and assist with product peeling, slicing, dicing, chopping and packaging to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Operate large scale Juicers to produce fresh squeezed and cold pressed juices
- Operate food dehydrators to produce various bar garneshes
- Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
- Conduct quality checks on products, verifying weights, labels, and packaging integrity
- Measure ingredients or product quantities using basic math skills for precise processing
- Support inventory management by recording production data and assisting with stock organization
Experience
- Prior experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong knife skills are an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating weights, or adjusting quantities accurately
