Sales Consultant – Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and interested in building a rewarding career in automotive sales. This position offers a competitive compensation package. Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $100,000, as well as ongoing training and career development within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through a transparent, customer-first vehicle purchasing process.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicle models, features, incentives, financing options, and dealership products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online, and in person.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all dealership departments.
- Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations, manufacturer standards, and dealership policies.




- Utilize dealership-approved social media and digital platforms to engage customers and support marketing initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training and perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid OMVIC registration is preferred. Candidates without registration must be eligible to obtain OMVIC certification.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and team-oriented.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
