What You'll Do

As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols, reporting hazards, and ensuring compliance with construction site regulations. Your role will be essential in keeping projects on schedule and contributing to the overall success of our construction team.

- Perform general construction duties, including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup.




- Assist with basic carpentry tasks and use of construction tools (experience is an asset).
- Assist with finishing work — cutting and installing wood and tiles.
- Support the Site Supervisor with daily tasks and project coordination.
- Participate in the company OHS program and conduct hazard assessments.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure worksite.

What You Bring

Experience - Prior experience in construction or general labour

Carpentry - Experience with basic carpentry, rough or finishing work experience is required

Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks

Availability - Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and night shifts as required

Tools - Experience with hand tools required

Background Check - Mandatory Criminal Record Check required

Licensing - Valid Driver's License required

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
