Riverbend Massage Therapy is growing, and we’re looking to welcome an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (OMP) to our team!

We are a busy, established clinic with a solid reputation for providing quality, patient-centred care in a professional, welcoming environment. We’re looking for an OMP who wants to build or grow their practice while being part of a collaborative team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Compensation

We offer a competitive percentage-based compensation structure, with the exact split and treatment fees to be discussed based on experience, treatment structure and availability.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has completed a recognized Osteopathic Manual Practitioner program
- Is a member of, or eligible for membership with, an appropriate professional association




- Carries professional liability insurance
- Practices with strong clinical reasoning and a patient-centred approach
- Values communication, professionalism and collaborative care
- Maintains appropriate clinical documentation, informed consent and professional boundaries
- Is motivated to build meaningful relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Experience & Additional Qualifications Are An Asset

- Existing osteopathic patient base
- Previous clinical experience
- Additional healthcare credentials or designations
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Prenatal/postpartum experience
- Experience with direct billing or extended health benefits
