The Opportunity
As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from the first conversation to delivery, helping them find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle and needs. You will play a key role in creating a professional, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience while building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicles through test drives and product walk-throughs
- Guide customers through financing, leasing, and purchase options
- Build strong product knowledge on a rapidly growing and highly sought-after vehicle lineup
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
- Work closely with the management and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive experience considered strong asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, self-driven attitude with a passion for sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Professional, polished, and customer-first mindset
