Helpful Guys is currently recruiting reliable independent snow removal personnel, crews, contractors, and equipment owner-operators for the upcoming 2026–2027 snow removal season.

We are looking for contractors to provide residential and commercial snow removal services in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and cities across Canada.

- Skid Steer Owner-Operators
- Front-End Loader Owner-Operators
- Gravel/Dump Truck Owner-Operators for Snow Hauling
- Sanding Truck Owner-Operators
- Snow Plow Truck Owner-Operators
- Sidewalk Snow Removal Crews

What We're Looking For

We are looking for reliable, professional contractors and service providers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality snow removal.

Equipment owner-operators must provide their own properly maintained equipment and be available to work during and following snow events.
