Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure menu standards are met
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with team members during busy service periods





Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes across various cuisines or menu types
- Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is REQUIRED (Min 2 years)
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members during service shifts
- Passion for delivering high-quality food service and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
