Duties:
· Greet customers
· Answer phones
· Build positive relationships with customers
· Manage clerical tasks efficiently
· Communicate with customers, suppliers and insurance companies
Job Description:
· Entering client and insurance information, updating existing entries, scheduling customers and managing production database
· Collecting and digitizing data
· Ensure all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and timely to maintain/improve overall customer satisfaction and experience
· Provide clerical support that includes monitoring office supplies, data entry, invoicing, sales receipts, and file maintenance in keeping with established procedures.
Job Requirement:
· Valid Ontario Driver License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
