We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ECE Level-3, Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities

- Provide visionary leadership to the early childhood education team, promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards.
- Manage program budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support high-quality learning experiences.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
- Foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to support children's holistic development.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards across all program activities.




- Oversee daily operations including enrollment management, record keeping, and maintaining a safe setting for children and staff.

Requirements

- Proven experience in early childhood education with a minimum of several years in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting to plan and control financial resources effectively.
- Strong teaching background with a thorough understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with families, staff, and community partners transparently.
- Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance processes relevant to early childhood programs.
- A valid credential or certification at ECE Level-3 or higher as recognized by local regulatory bodies.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
