The Role

We’re looking for a Body Shop Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our collision centre. You’ll support customers throughout the repair process while helping keep claims, repair orders, appointments, and communication organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer phone calls, greet customers, and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with questions and their repair needs
- Download claims, send collision links, and organize claim intake
- Open and close glass claims, collision claims, and repair orders (R.O.s)
- Book customers for repairs and keep them updated throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate and organized customer and claim information
- Learn collision estimating standards and assist with auditing claims as required
- Work closely with the Body Shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For: (Basic Qualifications)

- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and skilled attitude




- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus if you have: (Preferred Qualifications)

- Previous automotive, collision repair, or dealership experience
- Experience with insurance claims or repair orders
- Experience working with estimating or claims software
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology
