We are hiring a Structural Steel Field Supervisor for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced structural steel professional, including a seasoned steel erector or retired ironworker looking to return to the workforce in a less physically demanding role.

The successful candidate will travel between multiple jobsites, support field crews, assist with measurements and problem-solving, and ensure work is progressing safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Visit and monitor multiple structural steel jobsites
- Support and supervise field crews
- Assist with site measurements and field-related problem-solving
- Provide guidance on structural steel erection activities
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues
- Ensure safe work practices are being followed
- Communicate with crews, management, and other project stakeholders
- Complete regular site checks and provide updates




- Use company technology and digital tools for reporting and communication

Requirements:

- Strong background in structural steel erection
- Significant hands-on experience in the structural steel industry
- Previous experience as a steel erector, ironworker, foreman, or supervisor
- Solid understanding of structural steel and erection practices
- Ability to travel between multiple jobsites
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Comfortable using modern technology and digital tools
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
