The Role

As a Part-Time Pick Team Associate, you play a key role in keeping our retail floor full, fresh, and ready for our customers. This is a hands-on position focused on spotting gaps on our shelves and filling them from top stock, the warehouse, and storage drawers.

We are looking for reliable team players who are up for the challenge of a physically active role. You should enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in the difference between a shelf that is half-empty and one that looks its best.

We are hiring two part-time associates. These positions are approximately 15–18 hours per week and require flexibility to work both weekend afternoon shifts (1:30pm – 10:00pm) and weekday evening shifts (5:00pm – 10:00pm) based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Flow & Merchandising

- Drive Floor Fullness: Ensure the retail floor is always fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers.
- Replenishment: Proactively identify "holes" on the shelves and fill them using stock from top shelves, the warehouse, and storage drawers.
- Accuracy & Care: Handle product with care during the movement process to ensure quality and organization are maintained.

Store Support & Versatility

- Front-End Support: Be ready and willing to learn the cash desk; our Pick Team plays a vital role as backup cashiers to ensure a seamless checkout experience during busy times.
- Team Player: Step in to assist with "other duties as assigned" to help the store run smoothly.

Requirements & Physical Demands

- Physical Stamina:



This is an active, physical role. You must be comfortable with constant walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliability: Since your shift starts before the store opens, punctuality is key to getting the floor ready for our customers.
