Full Potential Chiropractic runs 5 clinics across Calgary with thousands of active patient files and 50–60 new patients walking through our doors every month. We need more doctors to keep up.

Our associates earn $90,000–$130,000+. Here's why.

What You Walk Into on Day One:

- A $60,000 guaranteed base salary before you see a single patient
- Commission on top — up to 50% of your total collections. The harder you work, the more you earn. No ceiling.
- $2,000–$3,500/month in clinic marketing that WE pay for, driving new patients directly to YOUR schedule. That's $18–24K/year in patient acquisition you'll never see a bill for.
- A steady stream of current patients — our clinic marketing fills your schedule, so you build your caseload fast instead of hustling for your own leads. No cold start, no buying your own ads.
- Shockwave, Arthrostim, cold laser, spinal decompression, Elevation Drop tables, Activator — equipment most associates don't touch until they own a clinic
- JaneApp EMR with online booking and direct insurance billing
- Full front desk staff handling insurance and MVA billing so you focus on patients, not paperwork
- A multidisciplinary team - chiropractors, RMTs, and acupuncturists - under one roof with real cross-referrals
- Direct mentorship from a clinic founder who has built and scaled 9 successful locations

What You Earn:

- Year 1 (building your caseload):



$80,000+
- Year 2 (established): $102,000–$130,000+
- Top performers: $200,000+
- Plus $100 per orthotic sold at full price
- Actual earnings depend on your caseload and collections

What We Ask:

- Quality patient assessments and treatment
- Chart notes in JaneApp
- Collaboration with RMTs, acupuncturist, and fellow DCs
- Cross-referral within the multidisciplinary team
- Full-time commitment to growing your practice and ours

Must Have:

- Doctorate of Chiropractic from an accredited institution
- Valid Alberta Chiropractic License (or eligible for licensure out-of-province and new grads welcome)
