Why this seat is different:

- You're not employee #47 in a sales bullpen. You are the business development seat for our corporate flagship territory. Every relationship you build, every agreement you sign, every dollar of recurring revenue — it's yours, it's visible, and the people running the entire North American network see it directly.
- The market is handing us demand. Fraser Valley homeowners are renovating and maintaining instead of moving. Realtors need trades they can trust to get listings market-ready. Property managers and strata councils are actively looking for one reliable partner instead of ten unreliable ones. Your job is to be standing there when they look.
- A real growth path, in writing. As this territory grows, this seat grows. Our network is expanding across Canada and the US, and the person who proves the BD playbook in our flagship territory is first in line to help lead it everywhere else.

What you'll actually do: Get in front of realtors, property management firms, strata councils, builders, and restoration/insurance contacts every single week. Work the events, the offices, and the networking rooms where Fraser Valley referral relationships actually get made. Convert one-off jobs into monthly contracted revenue. Run a clean pipeline in our CRM with weekly reporting — real activity standards, real support,



because we manage this role like the revenue engine it is.

You're the right person if:

- You have 3+ years in outside sales, BD, or account management — with numbers you're proud to say out loud
- You'd rather be in a realtor's office at 8am than behind a desk at noon
- You either know people in Fraser Valley real estate, property management, or construction — or you know exactly how you'd build that network in 90 days
- Uncapped commission excites you more than it scares you
- You want to build something and put your name on it

You're not the right person if: you need inbound leads handed to you, you want to manage a territory from your inbox, or you're looking for a placeholder job. We're building something here and we want the person who wants to build it with us.
