- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support advantages administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Prepare employment-related documentation (letters, changes, etc.)
- Track and analyze basic HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness) to support decision-making

What You Bring

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Approximately three years of experience in a generalist or advisor-level HR role
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with both employees and leaders
- Highly organized, adaptable,

and comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift
- Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office

Success in This Role Looks Like

- Taking initiative without waiting for direction
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and learning through experience
- Building strong, practical relationships across the business
- Balancing detail-oriented administrative work with broader problem-solving
- Bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to challenges
