Scoops & Brew House is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Associate to support daily café operations. This role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing beverages and café items, handling routine transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized shop. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can stay organized during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately and answer general questions about menu items
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and other café offerings according to established procedures
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately
- Communicate orders and special requests clearly with café team members
- Assist with serving completed food and beverage orders
- Keep counters, service stations, and customer areas clean and organized
- Restock cups, ingredients, packaging, napkins, and other café supplies
- Support opening, closing, and routine daily café duties
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Work cooperatively with coworkers to maintain smooth service
- Assist with other customer-service and café tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful




- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a busy customer-service environment
- Good attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and organization
- Able to learn beverage preparation and POS procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining good service
- Willingness to follow café policies and established procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
