- A minimum of 1 year of dental receptionist experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with dental practice management software are essential.
- Excellent patient communication and customer service skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude at the front desk, are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good knowledge of digital technologies, are essential.
- The successful candidate should be a quick learner, punctual, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a busy dental office environment.
