Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and flavor.
- Assist with food preparation for daily service as well as special events, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Support food safety practices by handling ingredients properly and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas.
- Help with meal assembly and plating during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service.
- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to keep the kitchen a safe environment for everyone.




- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction when needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, safety, and delivering quality food experiences.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
