Bronte Wellness Boutique is growing — and we're looking for another outstanding Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.

We're an established integrative health clinic in Oakville with a strong focus on women's health and wellness. Our patients come to us looking for thoughtful, individualized care throughout different stages of their lives, and massage therapy is an important part of that care.

We're not simply looking to fill an empty treatment room.

We're looking for the right RMT because we want to provide our patients with greater access to exceptional massage therapy.

You'll work alongside Naturopathic Doctors, a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapists, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, nutrition and counselling professionals, and other integrative health providers.

A Clinic With a Strong Focus on Women's Health

A large part of our practice is dedicated to helping women feel better in their bodies and navigate their health with more support.

Our patients may be seeking care for stress and burnout, pregnancy and postpartum support, perimenopause and menopause, headaches and TMJ concerns,



musculoskeletal pain, athletic recovery, mobility, lymphatic support and simply feeling better in their bodies.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a split-based position with 60% of treatment revenue paid to the RMT.

Our massage services range from approximately $120–$135 per treatment, with opportunities to provide specialized/premium treatments priced up to approximately $200 per treatment, depending on training and services offered.

This creates the opportunity to build an excellent income without needing to operate your own clinic, manage reception or market an independent practice.

Benefits are available for qualifying team members working 20+ hours per week.

Who We're Looking For

Of course, you must be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing and meet all professional and insurance requirements.

Beyond that, we're looking for something that's harder to teach.

We want someone who is warm, dependable, professional and genuinely exceptional with people.

Someone who takes pride in their work.

Someone who wants patients to come back because they received excellent care — not because they were sold another appointment.

Someone who enjoys being part of a team while still having the independence to develop their own clinical style and areas of expertise.
