Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Parts Sales: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their specific heavy truck and trailer needs, ensuring the best solutions are offered.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders efficiently for walk-in, phone, and online customers.
- Upselling & Recommendations: Leverage product knowledge to recommend additional parts and accessories that enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Supplier Coordination: Source parts from inventory and external suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for customer needs.

Qualifications:

- Parts Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts sales, with strong knowledge of all makes and models.
- Customer Service Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to both external customers and internal teams.
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: Ability to upsell, identify sales opportunities, and meet customer demands effectively.
- Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Strength:



Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
