If you have 3–5 years of Alberta conveyancing experience and are looking for an opportunity to step away from the traditional law firm environment, this could be an exciting opportunity to put your legal knowledge and client-facing skills to use in a completely different way.

Our client is seeking a motivated, energetic, and personable professional to join their team in a Customer Account Manager role supporting legal professionals across Alberta. If you enjoy working with people, are comfortable working independently, and are looking for an opportunity to move away from the pressures and deadlines of a busy legal office, this could be an excellent fit.

This is a fully remote opportunity, with regular travel throughout Alberta to meet with customers in office. All travel expenses will be covered.

In this role, you will become a key point of contact for Alberta customers, helping guide them through onboarding, training, product adoption, and their ongoing use of Realti and the broader platform.

What You’ll Do

- Lead onboarding and training for new Alberta customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals across the province
- Support product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer retention
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions, both virtually and in person
- Identify expansion and referral opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Marketing
- Support customers throughout their transition to Realti




- Travel regularly within Alberta to meet with customers on-site
- Monitor account health and proactively address potential concerns

What We’re Looking For

You’re personable, organized, proactive, and genuinely motivated by helping customers succeed. Experience in some of the following areas would be an asset:

- Customer Success, Account Management, onboarding, or another client-facing role
- Conveyancing or real estate law
- Leading training sessions or product demonstrations
- Managing a portfolio of clients or accounts and effectively prioritizing competing demands
- SaaS, legal technology, or professional services
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Alberta
