We are hiring for Production Worker roles in Palmerston.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Unloading cut product from the line and stacking it on pallets
- Throwing scrap plastic into a grinder to be reused
- Following production guidelines and specifications.




- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Positive physical stamina and a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Steel-toe safety footwear required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

WAGE: $20.00/hr

SHIFT: 8am-4pm, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
