Accounts Payable Coordinator
(12 month contract)

As a numbers person, you will take ownership for processes and bring a detail oriented, analytical and customer-focused mindset to the position.
What you will be doing:
Ø Use 3 way match system to process vendor invoices with supporting documentation
Ø Code, verify and post invoices,
credit card statements and expense reports
Ø Resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements
Ø Respond to vendor inquiries with a customer-focused mindset
Ø Process payments on-time every time
Ø Filing and other duties as assigned
Skillsets you possess:
Ø Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable (preferred)
Ø Demonstrated computer proficiency and strong data entry skills with Microsoft Office applications and AS 400 (preferred).
Ø Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Strong attention to detail
