We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems, including Cleardent and other software.
- Coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Assist with budgeting, billing, and financial record keeping for the practice or facility.
- Support clinical staff by coordinating appointments, managing supplies,
and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Handle correspondence, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to facilitate communication between departments.
- Ensure the office environment adheres to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in a dental setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Cleardent or similar electronic medical records systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
