We are seeking a dedicated individual with an interest for plants and being outdoors to join our team as a Landscape Gardener. This role involves ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of outdoor plants and gardens through regular maintenance activities. Our clients include Stratas, commercial buildings, hotels, and shopping malls all within the lower mainland.
**MUST HAVE A SMARTPHONE W/ DATA & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Mowing and trimming lawns
- Weeding
- Blowing and picking up leaves
- Trimming hedges, pruning shrubs and trees
- Watering
- Seasonal plantings
- Soil & mulch installation projects
- Operating power tools (hedge-trimmers, line-trimmer, polesaws, etc.)
**Requirements**
- [Preferred] 6 months to 1 year landscaping experience (open to training someone with the right attitude)
- A valid driver's license
- A smartphone with a data plan
- An interest in plants and being outdoors
- Be physically fit (ability to lift up to 50lbs)
- Comfortable with heights and ladders
- Willingly & able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Teamplayer, good attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Resides close to Vancouver/North Shore.

**Compensation**
- Salary ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday (Typical 8am start at our North Shore office)
