About MintFresh Building Services

MintFresh Building Services is a growing qualified cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. As our client base grows, the successful employee will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants consistent part-time work and is interested in growing with a new company.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms and common areas
- Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures and surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Clean mirrors, glass and high-touch surfaces
- Complete move-in, move-out and deep-cleaning assignments when scheduled
- Follow client instructions and MintFresh cleaning checklists
- Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment
- Report damages, safety concerns or supply needs promptly
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes and businesses
- Protect client privacy, property and confidential information
- Arrive on time and complete assigned work to MintFresh quality standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

- Is reliable, punctual and committed to attending every scheduled shift
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Can follow written instructions and cleaning checklists
- Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
- Can perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, vacuuming and mopping
- Can safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Is legally authorized to work in Canada
- Can reliably travel to assigned jobs throughout Richmond and the Lower Mainland
- Is available to work flexible shifts, which may include weekdays, evenings and occasional weekends




- Is willing to complete job-related background or security screening when required

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but dependable candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Growth

- Starting wage: $19–$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated abilities
- Part-time hours to start
- Opportunity to receive additional hours as the company gains new clients
- Potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, availability and business needs
- Training and ongoing support provided

Full-time hours are not guaranteed at the beginning of employment.
