Our client is an established construction and design-build engineering company expanding its Edmonton, AB operations. They are looking for an experienced Construction Labourer to join their growing team.

Wage: $20–$25/hour + company-paid perks
Location: Edmonton, AB

Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades as required.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools.
- Prepare and maintain safe, clean job sites.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures.
- Perform basic excavation, filling, and soil compaction tasks.
- Follow direction from site supervisors and support workplace safety.
- Participate in on-the-job training as needed.

Requirements

- Previous construction labour experience required.




- Experience with power tools and general construction equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Own required PPE.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
