Castle Mountain Resort is hiring Loader Operators to join our Maintenance Team for the upcoming Winter Season (December–April). If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in the heart of the South Canadian Rockies, this is your chance to be part of a tight-knit crew that helps keep the mountain running!
What We Offer You

- $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr depending on experience.
- 40hr/ week. Schedule is a 4-on (10hr), 3-off schedule, Overtime may be required, based on operational needs.

- Local candidates are preferred, however on resort staff accommodation may be available.
Responsibilities
- Operating loader to plow snow from parking lots and roads.
- Operate sanding truck to sand parking lots and roads, when conditions are icy.
- Assist maintenance crew around the shop or with tasks on-hill as required.
- Operate equipment in a safe, considerate, manor.
Qualifications
- Previous equipment operating experience an asset.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
- The ability to operate equipment for long hours.
- Dependable, punctual, strong work ethic, positive attitude.
Where We Are
Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a work from home location.

- Shift starts early morning 4am – 6 am, depending on the amount of snow to plow
- Operating heavy machinery in all types of winter conditions
- Operating a machine for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity is required
- Shoveling gravel may be required
