About Us
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Ontario designs and installs bathroom renovations for homeowners across the province. Our production team makes sure every job has the right materials, the right crew and the right truck, on time.

The Role
You'll run our warehouse and the day-to-day logistics behind every install. You'll make sure jobs are picked correctly, installers get out the door on time, and the fleet and inventory stay in shape. You'll report to and work closely with our Senior Production Manager to build and improve the systems behind our operation.

What You'll Do

- Manage warehouse inventory: receiving, stocking, cycle counts and keeping the space organized
- Check that every job is picked completely and correctly before it leaves the building
- Order inventory and materials, and keep stock levels matched to upcoming jobs
- Make sure installers arrive on site on time, and deal with delays as they come up
- Schedule and coordinate service calls
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs and truck availability
- Move and deliver materials between the warehouse, job sites and suppliers as needed
- Work with the Senior Production Manager to set up and improve production systems and processes
- Help with other operational tasks as needed




- Support lead installers on job site if required

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, production coordination or a similar role
- Construction, renovation or plumbing supply experience is a strong asset
- Very organized, with a sharp eye for detail (a missed part means a failed install)
- Comfortable juggling crews, suppliers and changing priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic software (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Forklift certification is an asset
