Hinse Brothers Mechanical Inc. has been in business for over 8 years, we are a growing HVAC contractor looking for highly skilled HVAC - Refrigeration technicians to join our team! You will train apprentices, service and install forced air heating/air conditioning systems, and/or hydronic heating systems based on your particular skill set. Required skills:
- Installations and service Forced air Heating and Cooling Systems
- Service, New Construction, and Retrofits
- Air conditioner installation and service
- Ductless mini-split heat pump installations and service
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform regular preventative maintenance
- Ongoing training
Ideal Skill Set (training provided as required):
Qualifications:
- Alberta HVAC
- Alberta Class B Gasfitter Journeyman certificate or apprenticeship (asset)
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (required)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and controls (required)
- Previous experience in new construction (asset)
- Ability to handle physical workload (required)
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills (required)
- Security background check required (required)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
- Strong customer relations skills (required)

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
