We are currently seeking a motivated and career-focused 310T Truck & Coach Apprentice (Level 2 or 3) to join our team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance, repair, and service of transit buses and highway coaches while progressing through the 310T apprenticeship program. This role is ideal for an individual who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long-term career in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and entry-level mechanical repairs
- Assist with servicing and repairs on transit buses and highway coaches




- Complete maintenance and PM documentation accurately
- Follow all MTB safety policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members
- Keep work areas and shop equipment clean and organized
- Support general shop maintenance as required
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and accountability

Qualifications & Requirements

- Completion of Level 1 or Level 2 Motive Power – 310T Truck & Coach Technician apprenticeship training
- Minimum 2 years of shop experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
- Must provide own tools
