Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong practical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of our resort, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various cottages and systems within the resort
- Pool inspections
- Grounds cutting grass, trim, lawn care




- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and or management.

Experience

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.
