Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Counter Sales Team Member to join our Richmond branch. In this role, you will assist customers, process sales, support inventory, and help maintain an organized and professional counter.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries.
- Process sales orders, returns, and payments accurately.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products.
- Restock shelves and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the counter area clean, organized, and professional.
- Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications





- Minimum 2–3 years of counter sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, industrial, or building materials is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with POS or inventory software is an asset.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player.
- Candidates living in Richmond, Vancouver, or nearby areas will be given preference.
