We've been in business for over 27 years and are expanding our reach across the Kelowna and Vernon regions. We're looking for driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives who thrive on building relationships, opening new doors, and closing business in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Primary duties:

- As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll identify and develop new business opportunities within the cabinetry, homebuilding, and renovation markets. You’ll work closely with designers, builders, and homeowners to provide solutions that reflect Kekuli Bay Cabinetry’s reputation for quality and service.
- This role suits a proactive, relationship-focused salesperson with proven experience in cabinetry, millwork, or building materials.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business in the Vernon, Kelowna and surrounding area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
- Conduct on-site and in-showroom sales consultations.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, or related building products.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with 2020 Design software required.
- Strong network within the construction, design, or home renovation community is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
