You MUST have hands-on solar panel installation experience. This is not a training position!!! If you have not personally installed solar arrays, do not apply — those applications will not be reviewed.We're a non-union renewable energy contractor installing solar systems on residential and commercial properties. We're hiring an experienced solar panel installer to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels and mounting hardware on rooftop and ground-mount systems with precision and to spec
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and secure components
- Operate heavy equipment — excavators, backhoes, bucket trucks, rigging gear — to prepare sites
- Run low-voltage wiring and make connections in compliance with electrical code and safety protocols
- Perform site assessments, measurements, and structural evaluations to determine optimal panel placement
- Test systems post-installation to confirm functionality and output
- Keep a clean site, follow safety procedures, and document work accurately
- Work with the crew to hit deadlines without dropping quality

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on solar installation experience — residential, commercial, or both
- Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and rigging




- Own reliable vehicle — you'll be traveling between job sites
- Valid driver's licence with a clean abstract. A current driver's abstract will be requested
- Criminal background check required. Our work takes place on private residential and commercial property, and clients expect it. Successful candidates must clear a check before starting
- Available to start immediately — if you can't start right away, this isn't the right posting for you
- Physically able to work at heights, on rooftops and scaffolding, and lift heavy materials
- Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain before start)

Assets:

- Electrical background or low-voltage wiring experience
- Heavy equipment tickets — excavator, backhoe, bucket truck
- Welding experience
