Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and technical skills to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

- Assemble parts and components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing diagrams
- Operate forklifts and machining equipment as needed (training provided)
- Weld or perform mechanical tasks requiring welding skills or machining knowledge
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area throughout the assembly process




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest improvements for efficiency

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly roles preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is highly desirable
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, machining, or forklift operation is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read technical schematics enhances performance in this role
- Warehouse experience can be beneficial for understanding inventory management and logistics related to assembly tasks

This position is integral to our production process and requires a dedicated individual eager to contribute to high-quality manufacturing outcomes.

Pay: $17.60-$17.80 per hour
