REPORTING & DATA ANALYST

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days in office, up to 2 days remote after probation
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 + benefits
Probation: 90 days
Travel: Occasional travel between Canadian offices may be required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Reporting & Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn data into practical insights, build reporting solutions, improve data quality, and automate processes that make our operations more efficient.

You will work closely with teams across the organization and gain hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain operational, financial, and management reports.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in Power BI.
- Automate recurring reports and manual business processes.
- Investigate data discrepancies and maintain data quality.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.




- Document data sources, reporting logic, and automation workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency.
- Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives across the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis. Internship, co-op, freelance, consulting, and project experience will be considered.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data transformation, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
